Open beer #1 and starting sipping on it!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees or prepare a hot grill.
Pour all of beer #2 into the pan. Wash/clean the turkey/chicken. Rub with olive oil. Place it into the pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and all other other herbs of choice. I like sage and rosemary. When sprinkling, add these herbs into the beer in the pan as well as all over the bird. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. When bird is half done, Take a turkey baster or large spoon and scoop up the juices/beer/herbs and pour over bird and place back in oven. Keep sipping beer #1 and beer #3!
